You’re engaged! Congratulations! We’re so glad you found us!

This post will walk you through the process from beginning to end, so you have an idea of what to look forward to!

Step 1: Fill out the Form

To get started, fill out our inquiry form if you haven’t already. This gives us all the information we need to know about you and your signage needs so we can get started!

Step 2: Select or Customize a Package

Once you’ve filled out the form, you’ll receive an email from us with a link to our online package selector. Browse through the different options for our standard packages, or create a custom package with exactly what you’re looking for by adding or removing items before submitting your selection! You can see our work by browsing through our gallery of former Deco Ink couples on our website!

Step 3: Material, Color and Upgrades!

Within 72 business hours of submitting your brochure selection, we will send you an email to review your request! This email will be another questionnaire that will help us learn what material or upgrades you will be needing!

This will give us all the info we need to know in order to put together your custom package. After that, you’ll receive a proposal package perfectly suited to your needs. In order to hold your date, a 50% deposit is required at this time.

Step 4: The Design Phase!

8 weeks before your wedding day we will start gathering more information about the text that will go on your signage! At this point we will send you a new questionnaire that will guide you in choosing the verbiage for your sign! Once you submit this questionnaire we go to the drawing board and design away! At this point we may also ask that you send any inspirational photos of signage you’ve seen!

Step 5: The Rendering/Mock Up Phase

6 weeks before your wedding we will send you a mockup according to the text questionnaire you submitted and any mood boards you sent us! You’ll have a total of 3 revisions!

Step 6: Production and shipping/pickup

4 weeks before your wedding day and after you’ve approved your mockups, your order gets sent to production! Our team carefully cuts, prints and assembles your order to look exactly like the final moodboard. After everything passes a final inspection, it’s ready for shipping or pickup at our office! Delivery to Arizona weddings may also be requested! If we are shipping your items, you will receive an additional invoice with shipping fees 2 weeks before your wedding!
